JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a seasoned, qualified, and motivated Personal Trainer/Coach to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness coaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Oh, and you must be excited about bringing in new members. You will be responsible for leading group workouts, providing personalized coaching, and fostering a positive and inclusive gym environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach and motivate members while leading them through predetermined F45 workouts.
- Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members to help them understand and achieve their fitness objectives.
- Correct exercise form to prevent injuries, ensuring all members perform exercises safely and effectively.
- Promote and sell F45 services, assisting in membership growth and retention.
- Perform membership acquisition responsibilities including touring new members, calling inbound leads, and getting potential new members excited about the fitness journey F45 can bring to their life.
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form, serving as a role model for proper technique.
- Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels.
- Set up, break down, clean, and store equipment around the studio floor before and after classes to maintain a safe and organized environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and training principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, energetic, and passionate about fitness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
