As a Membership Sales Counselor, you’ll guide potential members in discovering the benefits of fitness, showcase our premium amenities, and play a key role in meeting our sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Guide and Inspire – Assist potential members in finding the ideal membership to support their health and fitness goals.
- Create Positive Experiences – Make each interaction memorable, welcoming, and motivating.
- Exceed Expectations – Go above and beyond to ensure every potential member feels valued and supported.
Drive Lead Generation and Sales
- Prospect and Network – Identify potential members through outreach, promotions, and networking.
- Engage and Follow Up – Make outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Achieve Monthly Goals – Utilize effective sales techniques to reach personal and club sales objectives.
Be a Texas Family Fitness Brand Ambassador
- Build Community Connections – Represent Texas Family Fitness by fostering partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups.
- Promote Our Brand – Increase brand awareness and build a strong community presence by showcasing our clubs and services.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or continuing education is a plus.
Experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in sales, fitness, retail, customer service, or hospitality.
Skills and Traits
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
Passion for Fitness
- A genuine love for health and fitness with the ability to inspire others.
