THE DREAM ROLE
Picture yourself leading heart-pumping workouts where every session feels like a party with a purpose. We're hunting for trainers who can:

YOUR DAILY IMPACT
- Coach and motivate members through our signature F45 workouts with contagious energy
- Lead goal-setting consultations with trial members to kickstart their fitness journey
- Master and demonstrate perfect form for every exercise
- Provide exercise modifications to make workouts accessible for all fitness levels
- Support membership growth through exceptional service and genuine connections
- Light service desk responsibilities
- Set up, break down, clean studio and store away equipment around studio floor before and/or after classes
- Be the guardian of proper form to prevent injuries and maximize results
- Create an electric atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Prior F45 experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Proven track record in group fitness (or show us your potential!)
- At least 1 year of personal training experience
- Weekend availability (prime time to make your mark!)
- A magnetic personality that draws people in
- Deep understanding of functional movement and HIIT principles
- Social media savvy to help share our community's success stories
THE ESSENTIALS
- Current national fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, or AFAA)
- Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Group training certification
- The stamina to bring high energy to every single class
