We are seeking an energetic and passionate FIT KIDZ Coach to lead our summer programming and build strong partnerships with local childcare facilities. If you love working with kids, making fitness fun, and creating engaging activities that promote movement and well-being, this is the perfect role for you!
This position is ideal for a trainer who wants to make a lasting impact by bringing fitness into the lives of children while helping to grow and expand our FIT KIDZ program. You’ll not only lead sessions but also build relationships with local schools, daycare centers, and community organizations to schedule recurring fitness programs.

What You’ll Do
- Lead fun and engaging fitness classes for children aged 18 months to teens at summer camps, daycares, and other childcare facilities.
- Develop age-appropriate, creative workout routines that promote movement, coordination, and confidence in children.
- Build strong relationships with childcare directors and school administrators to establish weekly, biweekly, or monthly fitness sessions.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow up with potential new partner locations to expand the FIT KIDZ program.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and motivating environment for all participants.
- Represent GYMGUYZ FIT KIDZ with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or personal training background preferred)
- Nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (preferred but not required).
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality – kids love your energy!
- Comfortable working independently and networking with childcare providers to schedule classes.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various childcare facilities.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for summer mornings and early afternoons.

Compensation: $50.00 - $50.00 per hour
