We are looking for certified Personal Trainers passionate about helping special needs and/or senior citizens.
No quotas, no politics, just coaching!
What We Offer
- Competitive pay for meaningful work: Earn 25% above the average PT pay. Top trainers make $–$ weekly (25–30 hours, plus bonuses and tips).
- Up to $50 per session, with performance bonuses and commissions.

- Six-month track to Master Adaptive Personal Trainer ($60/hour).
- 12-month track to Territory Manager/General Manager (+25% pay).

- Professional development: Certification renewal reimbursement, continuing education, and opportunities to attend national conferences (like NASM).
Requirements
- National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).
- Strong passion for working with special needs or adaptive populations.
- Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering fitness programs for every client.
A Day in the Life
- Travel to clients’ homes or local sites to deliver adaptive training sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Work with children, adults, and families to help clients with special needs or physical challenges achieve measurable progress.
- Stay connected to a supportive team through mentorship, paid trainings, and ongoing encouragement — without sales pressure.
Hiring Process

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
