RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value
- Drive membership sales, retention, and overall club performance
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Thrive in a competitive environment while maintaining strong team culture
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals within your first 30 days
- Manage day-to-day operations, including cleanliness, organization, and member experience
- Build community relationships and increase local engagement
